Child & Adolescent Therapy

Children and adolescents face many transitions which can lead to struggle with behavioral difficulties, depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. I can provide help in coping with as well as processing the emotions that come from school, peer and family-related stress. My approach emphasizes self-identity and independence in pursuit of healthy development and will sometimes include working with parents to better understand and connect with their child.
